COGS
S&H
Credit Card
Marketing & Advertising
Insurance
etc.

It would also be interesting to understand how long (in seconds) you believe a brand has to answer the critical questions with landing page. I made the following document for Landing Page Elements and added a timeframe in which the brand has to communicate things on the LP. I would love to hear Nik's take on these times.
