Recharge Pricing --
Does anybody know what I should be paying for Recharge? My contract is up for renewal and they want to charge me 0.96% of $5 million in subscription volume. So they expect me to pay $48,000 for their service! This is more than Shopify Plus! Am I missing something here. If so, please let me know.
Bold and Yotpo (which I'm not crazy about) have subscription offerings too now. I'm getting pricing from them.
Any advice?
my only comment would be, its not all about the price - is the service they offer worth that money? Do they make it easier for you? Do they make life easier for your customers?
$48k may sound like a lot, but if you moved to a service that was $1k/m but your churn went up 20% where are you better off?
This is a HUGE impact on your business, its not a tool you should just switch to and from to test things out
