Question... how does everyone here manage team scheduling? We're trying to get a system that works with our CX and content team - especially over the holidays, where people can jump on and see who's working which shifts etc. Looking for something that is clear, easy to use, and cost effective...

Sorry... software i guess a system that is more user friendly than an excel sheet. We want our team to be able to plug in their hours, and then everyone gets an quick visualisation of who's covering which hours. We could just use a spreadsheet, but i wondered if there are other systems that are popular amongst teams of 12-15px
Gorgias has dashboard with tickets closed and online time for each user, regarding content team I’ll leave that to the community 🙂

We use gorgias, but i'm looking for a way to submit hours working in advance (not what hours were worked)
