Hi, has anyone got any recommendations for apps/tools that build customer personas?
A good, detailed prompt in ChatGPT is a good starting point. Unless you mean like a designer of some sort?

@Adison Clark if youre a DTC brand, our data team builds out a customer survey focused on the key details that impact your customer personas, ingests your Shopify and Channel data, and then matches back survey responses to the actual data (LTV, repeat rates, product affinity, etc) to create data-oriented personas that go beyond things like AI or brand-first personas and actually dig into who your customers are.
