Hi does anyone use a loyalty program on Shopify that ONLY tracks based on order spent, NOT by points?
I have a client that really doesn’t want to use a point model and only use it by order spend. The more you spend then the higher the tier and more benefits you’ll get. They have had a lot of trouble with all the usual loyalty players (Loyalty Lion, Yotpo, etc.) where you can track by order spend but when it comes to actually redeeming things it can only be recognized by points. They want to avoid points in any part of their loyalty flow.

Without points, on top of my heads I think about
or Tiers by Bold Loyalty (part of Bold Commerce). Also Talon.one, but it's pricer, no clue how big is your client

@Jocelyn Dunkley depending on what they’re wanting to do there, we may be able to help at Raleon with the loyalty part of our platform.
We do support points, but because of our flexible rules and rewards, we have a number of brands that use orders more specifically to reward customers. They do that what we call purchase milestones.
For instance: they automatically grant a customer a free item with their second purchase after their first to help drive the second. Then another on 3rd, etc. No points involved.
