Anyone have experience with annual contracts with Klaviyo?
Tl;DR - we consolidated our three brands' email & SMS to Klaviyo which was supposed to save us tens of thousands over the course of a year, but they actually significantly over-estimated our SMS credit needs and as we come up on the end of the year we're going to have over-paid by mid to high 5 figures. We flagged this to their team after about 7 months but they have yet to provide a resolution.

Already in touch with multiple people at Klaviyo & have dedicated CSM support, moreso trying to understand if Klaviyo has done this to others & how they have managed it/whether they were successful getting refunds back on wasted fees
