Thanks @Shin Takeda but Prediko doesn't solve this currently hence looking for alternatives on how are brands managing this currently.

We do this with our WMS at the moment, but it’s a pain so following with interest.

Bit late to join in this (and we don't do subs inventory reservation in Genie yet), but have you found a solution @Sakshi Jain?

I heard of a merchant hacking this together with Flows, which makes me think it could be a reasonably easy issue to fix (take scheduled sub orders for next X days, take the inventory quantity associated with them, and change it from available to reserved)?
