The team and I just finished reading Membership Economy. Very much an intro to subscriptions & creating a community. And while it got us on the same page. I’m looking for deeper knowledge now; for example:
• Member Day 1 Engagement
• Long term engagement
• Reducing Churn
• How to incentivize surveys/get people to fill surveys out\
Any good book recommendations on c/x retention?

@Paul Leeds She recently wrote another book, „Forever Transaction”. There’s also a chapter on retention in „Hacking Growth” and „Retention Point” by Robert Skrob. None of them are particularly useful though.
