This is a question for everyone on tiktok shop. How are you guys analyzing your winning videos. winning meaning it generated GMV. Do you manually watch them and try to learn what the creator said or and unique angles they came out with? We do over 1000 videos per week and only the around 10% generate GMV within the first week. We want to learn why the other 90% didnt. But theres no way we can analyze them one by one.

I heard a lot of people are just doing spray and pray method. thoughts?

Would love to bump this to get a few more opinions on this. Currently I’m working on Shenzhen. And tiktok shop is all the talk here. But the general approach seems like it’s just a quantity over quality kind of game

@Tony Zheng currently working with a tool to help do this that’s in Beta. Very impressive output for brands creating content at scale. What’s the brand? Can see if they could be invited to the beta. It’s circa $500 pm ~

Don’t waste your time focusing on the stuff that didn’t work. Just take the concepts that did and make sure a bunch of other creators recreate those videos.
