Question for anyone successfully working with an agency.
What internal support do you have in place to seamlessly interface with your agency partner?
To be more specific if I was going to work with an agency for organic social, email, and graphic design, what is the appropriate in-house staff to support the agency?
I’m sure it varies, if you have experience I’d love some advice.
thanks!

We are on our third agency and are extremely pleased. I have found it challenging to find an agency large enough to do all those things well yet affordable enough and willing to work with a sub-7 figure brand. We have found a great agency who does email, paid social (Google, meta, TikTok) light creative (statics) at an affordable rate. None of the three have touched organic social or graphic design. I outsource that and partly do myself w a social media manager, team of creators and freelance graphic designer. Happy to introduce you to the agency and designer, they have been fantastic. The SMM is specific to our niche.

Thanks Kaitlyn,

Exactly what I’m trying to avoid.
I appreciate the advice!
