Looking to buy customer data (e-mail list, social media accounts, etc...) from a competitor that is dissolving.

I am trying to figure out what due diligence needs to happen here, and how to attach a valuation to these assets.

Anyone have any suggestions, know anyone that has gone through a similar acquisition, etc...?

At a minimum, you might want to ask for a sample of the emails and run them through emailable or some other bulk email verification service to get an idea of the quality.
