I’ve been reminded a few times lately that Nov/Dec is expensive for paid meta/google. what are other brands doing in preparation for that in Oct? Specific lead gen efforts or other ways of really bulking up your retargeting pool that we can still double down on in Oct before busy season kicks in?

Indeed, it's incredibly expensive. How about focusing on your existing customers and how to drive referrals and repeat purchases? I'm consulting for a startup who built a really interesting product for this, would be happy to share more if it's interesting to you.

@Nikita Vakhrushev our SMS is still really small but yes definitely going to be hitting email hard this fall.
