I'm an ex-google employee turned e-com operator (10 years on my own). We used to use Google Analytics a lot to help analyze our customer marketing. I took a look in g4 today...it feels a bit overengineered for us operator gang. I also realized in the land of screenshots that I very rarely see anyone using G4.
so, is anyone using Google Analytics for their ecom brands and finding it useful? What reports etc.

I’ve pretty much moved away from it. Still use it for very high level metrics like traffic, but TripleWhale checks off most of my boxes these days

Same here. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something

they gatekeep too much info. even when you use the right rows and columns in the explore graphing, they dont want you to see certain info
