How long is everyone running their BFCM and when do you switch into Christmas offers?

As long as CAC stays low ;) last year we flipped it off on Dec 6 because we had too much demand.

@Joel Jackson My only concern is from branding perspective and how it would seem to existing customers that we keep running BFCM, even though we’ve been hammering everyone with “ending tonight” lol.
Or are you simply not too worried about that and more focused about utilising the low CAC and scaling as much as possible?

My perspective is always that anyone buying from us in two years hasn't heard of us today anyway. So our tactics today don't matter all that much for future brand impact.
But everyone does "Oops, we extended our sale!"

We did it till yesterday. Switch to Christmas on 12th of December

we flipped off from CM yesterday morning and are on a lower tier of sitewide sale til shipping cutoff - we've used a similar strategy for a few years now

gets a lot less competitive as bigger places end sale
