Hey all! Was wondering if i can get some advice on a supplement business.

I recently launched a hangover drink called drinkfwb.com (shamless plug) The issue we are experiencing is that the product can only be sold in the US while I am based in Canada. I noticed with a lot of food / supplements sampling and events are huge. So if i cannot do that. What are some other growth strategies?

Appreciate all the help!

For supplements i recommend leaning into TikTok Shops early. You can leverage affiliates without as much reliance on paid ads, especially when the COGS for these sort of products aren't ridiculous. Sample online through Tiktok affiliates vs going in person

Couple thoughts:
1. Setup a US LLC (owned by Canadaian LLC). Brings complexity with structure & taxes.
2. Find a US business partner. Even an influencer with a large stake. Although this too can get complicated if they are domiciled in the US. But, maybe a rev share deal?

Would recommend building an influencer affiliate programme. Great way to get early hype around the product from a medium people trust, alongside filling your content banks to use on paid & organic channels
