has anyone used Viral Loops? I'm setting up and email referral campaign... they have almost no reviews on the Shopify app store but I feel like they've been around forever? Alternative app recommendations?
Viral Loops is pretty decent. Alternatives: Referral Candy, UpViral
i will checkout UpViral. Tried Referral Candy but it lacks email signup as a reward trigger. Thanks!
Ahh okay! UpViral should have that or you can always use Zapier or Make to send those emails.

@Valerie Crisp just wanted to circle back! I had an onboarding call with Viral Loops and it's a perfect solution for the problem we're solving. Would recommend setting up an onboarding call 😄
agree, the onboarding is garbage. no cs response... they must have a cash cow situation bc the new customer experience is horrendous
