Does anyone know what cart upsell apps provide a progress tracker like True Classic uses? Does Aftersell offer this standard?

True Classic uses AfterSell. They have a free dev store plan, so might be worth just spinning up a dev store and trying the features you need.

I would also check out rebuy for cart extensibility and stuff like that, since you're looking at cvart optimizations
