Do you all create your own videos when you are getting started or hire that out? I'm contemplating whether I need to develop that skill or not. What say you all?

Video editing takes a lot of time to learn and even when you are good at it, the editing process is time consuming. I recommend hiring an expert to edit videos. That said, you'll need to provide clear instructions of your vision.

I’m no expert but I’d say depends on types of videos. Well curated website videos? sure outsource. Organic TikTok videos? Try yourself
