Our supply chain is configured in a way that we send materials to our co-packers so that they can produce the finished goods.
So if you can picture this, at any given time we have multiple counts of different materials at multiple different locations.
This is a combination of inserts, boxes, tape, etc...
Anyone have any sort of system (excel spreadsheet, SaaS tool, etc...) for a similar setup to keep track of everything including what's inbound and outbound?

@John Dyall there are quite a few options, impossible to suggest what would be best for your specific set up without more details. I would recommend you search for “ERP software” for “your sector category” (ex. “ERP software for food and beverage “).

that said, if you’re strapped on time or money, ERP’s are typically expensive + time consuming to set up, not to mention the time it takes to vet the right one for your setup
having done it myself, if I did it over again, I’d start with something like
