Meta ad bot traffic 🚨 !!! Is anyone else getting a lot of this? I’m getting so many bot comments on my ads - making me think I’m paying for all this bot impressions. I’d say roughly 10 comments per day are bots. Anyone found a solution to this? I’ve checked Audience Network placement and the impressions are almost zero so it’s not coming from outside Meta.
@Ollie Aplin I had a very similar issue! on my end it was an outrageous amount of clicks and bots DMs. Best solution is installing a 3rd party software - Maybe Cheq ai or clickcease
How ur defining it as bot metric apart from some comments etc..
@Rajesh Kumar - spike in unknown traffic with bogus email signups on non-popup forms + increase in comments = dramatic decrease in CVR and ROAS.
The only paid traffic we run is Meta ads and the UTM data for all the traffic is unknown. Some of the countries include Hong Kong which we don’t even target with ads.
@Ron Wainbuch - did this fix it and did it negatively impact FB ad performance in anyway?
