If you had a "winning" ad that has done well for approx. 45 days at decent levels of spend, but then it starts to fade.
How much time do you give it at above your target CPA before shutting it down? 7 Days? Or wait until 14, to see if it comes back?

this isn’t the answer you’re looking for but sometimes I just copy and create a new ad set, I’ve seen success with letting it sort of find it’s away again.

Would try to scale back budget before shutting it down. But if its spend multiple times the CPA and is under performing volume or efficiency wise usually safe to pause for a bit.
