I have an ad getting crazy click metrics but no sales and not even add to carts, worth keeping on?

Next course of action is using the same creative with some updates to see if it starts finding buyers

@Nativ Yanko?

@Mike K There are many reasons this could happen. Could you maybe privately share the ad and the landing page you're sending them to? And we'll be able to find something potentially

My main thought is it's the offer. It could also be lack of congruency between the ad and the landing page. There are a lot of things

Most likely a clicks/landing page views optimised campaign. If not, and its purchase optimised, then we’d have to look at your landing page to give you further advice, because the metrics are looking great on the ads level.

CPC to CPLV is closer, maybe the conversion goal isn't purchase?

Click metrics have nothing to do with sales or profit or performance in Facebook

I’d argue that these look good cuz the ads are going to a hyper focused audience
That won’t buy

How does this business make money outside of this?

Ty for all the replies. CVR goal is purchases.

What I think is happening - the image is an athlete I work with drinking the product, almost all the spend is going to IG stories, I think the clicks are just guys that find her attractive since on stories theres not really any ad copy, ha.

I added some text to the image and now the CTR is more realistic
