How are folks who are scaling ads and spending at scale managing their credit cards they use to pay Meta with?

We are starting to scale spend and I find it very annoying to check the card balance on the bank website and make payments several times per month to keep the credit line from maxing out. Currently using a Chase INK Business premier card. Im aware of the B of A card that has a better cash back option.

Also just kind of curious about the brands that are spending $30k + per day on Meta and using credit cards how you manage this technical aspect.

Had an auto transfer setup from your bank to CC every day. Set the limit to what you are spending on average. Its a set and forget.

Or you can go to a monthly invoice from Meta, but that will be a hefty chunk all at once.

Speaking of which.. everyone should check their daily spend limits before BFCM as it’s caught out many over the years.

Great idea. Thank you

That's a great point on the auto transfer. Also, if you're spending that much, you could split Meta and Google between two different cards to be safe. Cap1 spark is popular or Highbeam bank has a decent card tied to their LOC.

It didn’t seem to me like chase has an option for auto payments that isn’t a monthly settlement for the prior statement amount. I did manage to call them and get the limit increased by 50% but it won’t be enough to make it the whole month especially now during peak season.

We have Cap1 spark its more a personal card than a strictly business one.

I’ve heard the best one out there is the BofA card with 2.7% cash back if you keep an account with balance over $100k with them too as collateral

I think @Nik Sharma and @Moiz Ali talked about credit cards in an earlier season but it would be great to touch on this topic again on the pod

@Jake Sendowski great idea - i'll put this on the docket to go through

Just saw this but if it helps:

1 card for meta ads would be Amex Gold which gives 4X points. We have been using that card exclusively for meta ads.

Here's a referral link for Amex Gold if anyone needs it: Here’s my Amex referral link. Use it and we could both earn rewards if you are approved and get a Card. Check out offers and Card benefits. https://americanexpress.com/en-us/referral/businessgold-card?ref=NISHCB07LM&xl=cpzz5

For everything else we've been using Capital one spark which has 2X points for every dollar unlimited and we tend to use everything else here.

Here's the referral link for anyone who needs it: https://i.capitalone.com/Jk0YKBBfI
