Hey Guys my client is in fmcg healthy snacking space

The company is scaling like any other d2c brand but we are facing hard time focusing so what i am proposing to them is scaling with just single products - currently they have 43 products and 3 hero products.

What should be your strategy to scale with a profitably in d2c space like this.
