Hey all,
We do frozen food products, and rely heavily on our frozen 3PL partner to handle our DTC fulfillment.
So far, our experience has been terrible with these guys to say the least.
We're at our breaking point where we're considering taking warehousing and fulfilment in house.
Before we explore that, I am wondering... Has anyone here had a positive enough experience with a frozen 3PL to a point where you'd recommend them?
