For Meta Ads creative, what is your process/flywheel for cranking out creative?

We just hired a media buyer with the expectation that they can do some light lifting on the creative side, kick feedback back, creative ideas, etc...

But we want to help support them with some sort of creative system.

ie. Do you outsource all creative, are you doing bits in-house and then outsource the rest, etc...

Sub $5m, outsource it (ideally have media buyer manage)

Between $5-10M, inhouse but overseas
