Ugh. Welcome to the forever lawsuits. Yeah, settle and fix your shit. Keep an ADA audit on your site ongoing and document. These assholes just wander around suing everyone with automated tooling to know who's big enough to pay and who's sites are out of compliance. It's just a racket
