Facebook question: Historically, I've had very accurate conversion value metrics (amount in FB matches Shopify) but recently they're MIA ($0). What might cause this?

Have you used Pixel Helper to check that events are firing correctly?

How long has this been happening?

What changes were made around the time this started happening (if any)?

I think it's a bug couple of my accounts had the issues but it's back to normal after couple of days

@Alex Wilsher thank you! I will try that. Haven’t changed anything on site or setup, just 2 more recent campaigns that have the problem.
