Does anyone have a creative testing framework and/or set of processes for Meta they'd be willing to share with me? We are at ~$40k/month in revenue, so looking for something that will pack a punch but not put us so down in the weeds that we spend all of our time testing the nitty gritty that won't move the needle at this mark.

This is the structure we use, there is a lot of nuance because different account structures and creative testing optimize for different things; volume, profit, new customer revenue etc.

- Focus on a Ad Sprint with various Ad Themes (UGC, Static, Podcast, Promo)
- Run a test campaign to test performance for a week (You can reduce this but if youre at 40k, you can afford this)
- Find the ads that crush and move them to your central campaigns. Rinse and Repeat every 3-6 weeks.

Keep it simple as Peter said the variable associated is much.
1. One CBO campaign adset grouped based on angle, concept, creators etc.. and let the meta spend on the best. Here the goal is to get a new creative that cab beat an existing winner.
Testing campaign in ABO budget then based on output scale the adsets when the results are steady scale it in scaling campaign. Here the goal will be to find supporting new winners.
Pros & cons
1. Model 1 is best for account limits the number of creative testing but unless that new creative is damn good it wont get spend. So most time emotions will be triggered
2. Model 2 You'll end up loosing some money for testing plus when ur trying to scale the winners there will probability of 15-20% win rate out of them.
