Anyone else seeing this drop in Meta traffic quality and CVR? ROAS fell by 30-40 % out of nowhere. CPM, CTR, CPC all relatively the same but CVR took a big hit

happened to me all Feb. and literally today is my first good day.

I use bid caps and all of Feb. has been super low spend. Don't know exactly what is causing it.
