Offshore Hiring Does anyone have specific tactical advice on hiring offshore talent for customer support? We are looking to hire people directly to our company with the use of agencies etc. We want to do this to lower our costs and provide support 24/7 with a faster response time. If anyone has an SOP or interview guides or best practices that would be so great. Thank you
