Looking for a Creative Performance Video Editor who can:

• Write compelling scripts for short-form Meta ads (FB/IG)
• Source creators for video content
• Edit high-performing videos that drive conversions and engagement
• Understand what makes a video thumb-stopping in the first 3 seconds
• Should have a feel for direct response, a portfolio of ad creatives, and experience editing with performance in mind (hook, problem, solution, CTA).
Any recommendations?
