Does anyone have any freelance devs that you regularly work with and recommend? There’s one that I work with but sometimes she’s not great with deadlines so I want to get in touch with a few other devs in case I need them for a project (usually technical SEO related). TIA!

For general Shopify devs, go with @Taylor Page or whoever he recommends. Also, @Tim Masek / @Jai Dolwani can find you someone as well.
