What are your guys’ setups for forecasting cash flow? I’ve found a few templates online but I’m more interested in the nitty gritty of e-commerce and how you guys are populating the forecast as you grow?

If you use Xero, Syft is a great integration and reasonably priced. Only thing is that it requires about two years of financial history to use its dynamic planning features, but you can still use it to manually forecast as well 🙂
