People who are having success with TikTok Shop & TikTok Affiliate:

What price range do you see your products have most success with?

Matthias Strafinger January 23, 2024 at 06:28 PM

most brands I know with a higher price point have difficulties selling via TikTok Shop.
But those brands are in Germany and Germany is a rather difficult commerce market…

Yea trying to figure out the price point I need to get to for something to actually have a chance to do well.

There are many ways to use the shipping price to increase AOV. Especially because Tik tok covers the shipping cost above $25 (used to be $20 but just got changed). So if you want to charge a lot for shipping ($8-11) and put your price lower around $26. The customer will only get charged $26 but you will receive $26 + $8-11 because tik tok covers the shipping. Lower the better, I find if you can get prices similar to what your product would be on amazon thats a good range.

Ty really appreciate you @Cole Baker. Hopefully TikTOk cover shipping forever 😂

I have found it to be spotty. The analytics arn't the best in terms of knowing how much you are receiving. But eventually they will stop giving so many subsidies and discounts to both buyers and sellers. Right now they are just trying to build trust with customers and get more trusted sellers liking the platform.
