I’m pretty sure @Nik Sharma either this season or last on the pod talked about a return segment of customers to create in your email marketing software, does anyone know what pod episode this was or the segment info to create this?

Are you talking about reducing return rate by creating a segment of audience who have returned products more than 2 or 3 times and excluding them from every Email campaign?
