How do you pitch 'whitelisting' to a creator in a way that makes sense and is compelling to them?

We are thinking: 'Earn consistent and predictable income each month by creating content that promotes our products, and we'll pay for ads to promote your content'.
It's the first time we're attempting whitelisting, so if you've found a certain pitch that works well, I'd love to hear your ideas if you don't mind sharing!
