Hi community. I am looking for some career advice! I have a bit of an unconventional career path. I started in sales, but over the past few years as a freelancer, I got more involved in a mix of communication (hiring and partnerships), business strategy, and business operations. I’ve helped minimize a cost per full time hire to less than 1K USD, and a partner network I manage generates almost 200k/year, while I also helped companies structure operations from 0. I’ve been exploring different ways to apply these skills, and I’d love to get some insights: Do you think there’s a demand for this kind of support? Or if I had to pick a focus, which one do you see as the most valuable?
