Hey guys!
How do you usually deal with high-risk orders? First instinct goes towards just cancelling and being done with them, wanted to know if there are any other ways to vet the order to know if it's a false flag.

Indeed just cancel. We lost quite a bit of money before because of them. General rule is just to cancel them instead of gambling on if it might be someone genuine (if it is, they will reach out either way is my experience)

We cancel automatically and if they are high value then we reach out

Cancel. And to save yourself money on merchant fees, put a flow in place that doesn’t capture payment.
