Hey folks,
Sometimes I wander how will we scale profitably on d2c while other side amazon doesn't allow us to sell cheap on our website?

we need to lower our price so cheap on amazon and then people don't buy from us they buy from amazon.

My client is in FMCG breakfast and cereal category?

This is a common tactic with marketplaces. You could put different SKUs on Amazon vs your own website.

Eventually though, you'd need to take a can on whether to build a mass-market brand for Amazon or create your own brand/web.
