Hello! I realized that my landing page freezes up on iPhone safari. It crashes. Is there any analytics tool that would tell you this information?
do googles page speed test - it should give you insight as to what is making it freeze and what you ay need to delete
Might also consider doing some heatmap recordings, might give you some extra insights ๐
What builder are you using?
Check out Uptime. The founder might be in here actually, but itโs a pretty cool product
@Zoe Jirgens thanks but how does that tell you where it is failing? In this case it is only happening on iPhone/safari browser. I wouldn't know that unless I tested on that specific device.
@Shin Takeda page builder. Is there a way on heat maps to see that a page was aborted due to technical issues?
I think checking Uptime might make more sense. There is a small functionality in Hotjar to do this ()
@Alex Martino google page speed does desktop and mobile - you can view them seperately and it gives you issues specific to each
