In my experience playing with different AI models is the way to go

They change so fast looking for resources on prompt engineering/tutorials can only benefit you in the short term

Also no matter how good the model is, the chances of relying on ai to replicate your packaging perfectly is pretty much zero, so photoshopping is still needed 90% of the time when you're dealing with products

here are a couple of projects I did using only ai + photoshop for mockups

Wavebye - period cramps supplements
Getta - date-based snack
