Got a client that has 11000 followers but only 270 is viewing the stories. This is 0.2% of the total followers. How can this be increased?

Likely low quality followers acquired through buying followers or some other means like that.
Often the best thing to do is just pretend you're building an audience from scratch to get more engaged followers to increase the ratio. You could also try pruning the fake/low engagement followers, but depends if that's worth it on a case by case basis.

yep, low quality followers. Need to providing engaging content and ensure the followers coming in are relevant to the business
