Facebook Ad Question: We started running an ad that was converting great for us, great CPP. In the last 3 days the ATC rate had dropped off significantly leading to less purchases. Is this from creative fatigue (frequency is 1.04) or a different issue?

Could be a number of things - at a frequency of 1.04 I wouldn’t worry about creative fatigue.
How much has CPA increased over the same period and has the volume of sales on the website dropped off as a result?
What changes were made to the campaign or ad set in that period?

Need more numbers to see.

Im guessing no glitches on your website?

• No changes made to website or campaign. Everything has stayed the exact same
• No purchases since Monday from Facebook. We’re doing limited spend (small new brand) and this was our best performing ad
• Blended CPP really fluctuates day to day in the last 3 days. Hard to see a pattern.

Are you targeting broad or interests? And what type of campaign are you running - CBO, ABO etc….
How many creatives and what is the daily budget?

1.04 is not creative fatigue at all! There's some other problems or issues leading to the drop is ATC. Screenshot the account and DM me, I will try to help

Hearing last 2-3 days have been really bad for many brands across Meta. Similar CPM, but CVR dropping with low quality traffic coming through

Probably low spend which is just more volatile to fluctuating market conditions if you are targeting broad.
Wait or introduce new creative.
