Channel Advice:
I’m the founder of a small DTC brand just really scaling for the first time. We sell bras and our customers are mainly 65+

We’re a small team with not a lot of resources. How much should I focus on diversifying my ad spend into different channels (Tiktok, Facebook or Taboola or Paid search). We’re spending $500 bucks a day and working on optimizing facebook for better ROAS butI’m not sure how much I should diversify and build up other channels. Thoughts?

Hey, my advice is to focus on one at a time. I imagine FB is where you should start given that age is older. If you are successful here try pushing spend more on platform. You can run short tests to see if the other platforms are viable options. Meta works the best for most people though

Agree with @Connor Hance, FB is best for that demographic. If FB ROAS is solid you're probably better off continuing to optimize and increasing ad spend as you can. There should still be a lot of room to run. Otherwise you're spreading yourself too thin across channels and not spending enough anywhere to optimize.

Generally, you want to focus and double down on what's working, then double down again. Do that until it makes sense to seek higher ROAS elsewhere.

100% agree. your demo isn't on TikTok. Google could make sense, btu you have to create the demand first. Meta heavy, then Google down the line

Make sure email is well buttoned up too!

$100K-$300K/m you can start looking around more.

@Nativ Yanko maybe you can help on the ad side?

@Emma Butler sounds like your audience is on FB mainly - I wonder if it’s on IG too?

Agree with everyone above and especially ensuring your email backend is tight! @Emma Butler

@Emma Butler I would say carry on going deeper into Meta. There is still a lot more you can push spend before diversifying is a good option
