anyone operating on the EOS framework? we want to light a fire under our business and clarify our vision and focus. just not sure we want/need to pay the multiple $5k/day implementor fees and I’ve curious if other small businesses here (3-10 employees) have successfully implemented it on their own. if it was successful. any words of wisdom or caution.

Used it for the company I worked for. They used it from 10mil to 60mil.
It really helps for a scale up. When you have so many things needing to be done, it really provides a great framework to stay focused and builds accountability
