A company im working with recently switched their Tik Tok account from a personal account to a brand account and they have noticed a significant dip in views and likes with no real change in content, going from an average of 1300 views per video to just 100. What might be attributing to this change and how can they get our views back up as a brand account?
people buy from people more so than brands. I would focus on the personal account and switch back
@Zachary Cannon what about if that person leaves the company? At least the brand account is preserved.
Same thing happened to us! Have a gut feeling there must be something in the algo, although don't know any specifics. Anyways, we reverted back to personal and started getting more views again..
