Hi there! I'm Janna and I'm from Minot, ND. I have a background that is pretty broad from marketing & advertising to restauranteur. Right now my focus is on the concrete industry.

I have hobbies, mostly involving music and dancing (mandolin, violin..), but that is not where I find myself making money.

My concrete business is 3 years old now and has been growing quickly, especially over the last year. I'm learning a lot and realizing how important it is to establish really solid systems.

I hope to build my philanthropic ventures in the future, like supporting kids in bringing their ideas to life in a business sense, specifically in Mexico.

I have a knack for branding and thinking outside the box. If you need someone to brainstorm with, I'm your girl.

I joined Gildre to hopefully find a group on a similar wavelength. It has been an exhausting and lonely road. I don't find much time for socializing anymore and have grown out of many relationships in a sense. I do have my husband who is in the same industry, but he has a very different role and perspective.

I could use support in facilitating growth strategically, specifically in the construction industry.

I have multiple business ideas and goals, so would be interested to hear from others who have multi-industry presence and how they manage their companies.
