👋 Hey Gildre! I’m Geeta Singh, dialing in from Chicago.
Quick Snapshot:
I’m a global C-suite exec with 25+ years in strategy and finance—across startups, public companies, and everything in between. I’ve led biotech/medtech ventures as CEO/founder, driven cross-border M&A deals totaling over $10B across multiple sectors, and now advise early-stage founders on capital strategy, investor readiness, team dynamics, and strategic capital allocation. Having professional stints in Europe and Asia gave me a truly global lens and a deep appreciation for operating across markets and cultures. I also serve as an Executive-in-Residence at EnterpriseWorks at UIUC, where I support the next gen breakthrough innovators.

I’ve been on both sides of the table—as a company builder/operator and an advisor. I bring deep experience in business restructurings, disciplined capital allocation and strategic growth. I help founders think through the hard stuff: navigating inflection points, aligning strategy with execution, and crafting the right story for the right stakeholders.
