hey @Henri Schauffler - for our services business, challenges are more technical and sales ops / enablement related. ensuring we've got the right automations in place and we're using our tech stack to its fullest potential. we'll be doing a bigger project internally around this in Q1 of '25 and I have a fairly decent vision on what that will look like, so it's just a matter of implementation at this point.

agreed with @Sudhakar Jukanti - i think AI will shift a lot of tech businesses (esp ones launching today) towards pay-per-use models vs subscription lock-in
